  • Attachmate/NetIQ (server management) : Recommended partners, recruited GM.

  • Fast Search (search engine): Hired heavy-hitter Country Manager, former head of PeopleSoft and Business Objects.

  • Infor/Mapics (Enterprise Resource Planning) : Recruited GM who was senior executive at i2 and EXE.

  • NMS Communications (voice integration platforms) : Developed Japan business plan, over 6 years recruited GM's from Dialogic & Lucent.

  • PeopleSoft (ERP) : Advised on partnering and localization strategy, identified reference customer (Toyota). Hired GM.

  • Polycom/PictureTel (videoconferencing) : Recommended plan, recruited GM, closed OEM deal with NTT. Japan delivered 25% of worldwide revenues in 1999-2000.

  • WindRiver (RTOS) : Reviewed channel strategy, recruited GM.
