potential product partnerships.

is a developer of real-time business collaboration and training
products. Negotiated $300K prepayment and multimillion dollar
ongoing revenue stream with exclusive distributor. Generated demand
creation at eight large PC-based training companies, as well as
SI companies focused on multinational corporations. "Cross-pollinated"
over a dozen VAR's that participated in on-line training sessions
with qualified customer leads.

deal with the #1 Avid distributor, including a significant prepayment.
